Login to the system
In your web browser go to the following web address:

On the left hand side of the page you can enter your username and password to log in:

Interface
Once logged in you will be presented with the screen below, you'll need to click on 'Catalogue Manager'.
Catalogue Manager
The catalogue manager is an area in the CMS where you can maintain your new or used model catalogue.
To view your Catalogues, under the ‘Catalogues’ section, click on the dropdown menu.
Click on the catalogue you wish to edit and the following screen will load.
The above screen is the main catalogue page for the ‘Used Bikes’ catalogue. From here you can manage various aspects of the models within the catalogue.
Catalogue Properties
In the ‘Catalogue Properties’ section at the top centre of the page, you can update the catalogue name and description. Once you’ve made a change, click the ‘Save Catalogue Options’ button at the bottom.
Adding a New or Used Bike
It is easy to add a new or used bike to your bikes’ catalogue.
First, select the catalogue you wish to add a model in to in the ‘Catalogues’ dropdown menu.
Next, on the left-hand side of the screen, near the bottom of the page, in the ‘Catalogue Structure’ section, select your catalogue.
You may need to press the small ‘+’ to open up the folder list.
Once you have selected a catalogue, the models in that catalogue will open up in the top centre of the screen under the ‘Items in this group’ section.
Below the list of models is the bottom toolbar, select ‘Add a New Item’ to add another item to the catalogue.
Once you have clicked to add a new model, the new item screen will appear as shown below.
Here you can add the details of the bike such as ‘Stock Reference’, ‘Name’, ‘Description’ and ‘Default Price’.
The ‘Stock Reference’ won’t show anywhere on the bike when it is viewed on your website, this field is for you to add a unique stock value to the model and keep track of it in our system. You can add any kind of stock reference you wish, such as ‘001’ or ‘1A1A1A’, as long as the stock reference is unique to that bike.
In the ‘Name’ field, add the bike’s name, such as ‘Kawasaki Z650’.
In the ‘Description’ field, add a description of the bike, such as ‘Just arrived, the 2017 Kawasaki Z650 with only 200 Miles’.
In the ‘Default Price’ field, add the overall price of the model, such as ‘5249’ (You don’t need to add the £ sign, commas or decimal points).
Once you have added the ‘Stock Reference’, ‘Name’, ‘Description’ and ‘Default Price’, click ‘Save Item Details’ to save the changes you have made.
Once you have saved your changes, the ‘Attributes’ tab will load, allowing you to add the bike’s specifications.
The easiest way of adding bike specs is to click, the ‘View Quick Details’ button that will appear after you have saved your changes.
Once you have clicked ‘ View Quick Details’, the following screen will load.
From here you can easily add the bike’s specs. Please will in as many fields as you can but only the ‘Make’, ‘Model’, 'Mileage', 'Year' & 'Colour' fields are required. Should you require any other attributes adding, please just give us a ring and we will customise the specifications list.
Click ‘OK’ when you have finished adding the bike’s specs to save the changes.
Once you have saved the changes, click the ‘View Full Details’ button to take you back to the new item screen.
Now that you have added the bike’s details and specs, the next step is to add the bike’s images.
Click on the ‘Images’ tab.
To add a single image, click the ‘Add New’ button, or to add *multiple images, click the ‘Add Multiple’ button.
*Please make sure your internet browser is the most up-to-date version when adding multiple images. Older versions of some browsers may not support multiple image uploading.
Once you have clicked one of the two buttons, the following screen will load.
Select the ‘Choose Files’ button, a pop-up screen will appear where you can select your images. Once you have selected your ‘Images’, click ‘Load’. then when the image(s) will are displayed to you like above, they are loaded onto the server and you can click the close button. The images will then be displayed in the 'Images' tab like below.
Taking a New or Used Bike Live
Now that you have added the bike’s details, the specifications and the images, the bike is ready to go live onto your website.
To take an item live, under the ‘Status’ field on the top right-hand corner of the box, select ‘Live’. Then click ‘Save Item Details’. The model will then be live on your website.
Editing a Model
To edit an existing model, click on the model you wish to edit and then click ‘Edit’ on the bottom toolbar.
You will now be taken to the ‘Edit’ screen where you can make changes to the model.
On the above screen, you can edit various aspects of the model such as the name, description, price, attributes, images and user manuals.
You can edit the ‘Stock Reference’, ‘Name’ & ‘Description’ by entering the values into the relevant fields. You can edit the price of the model on the right-hand side. Once you’ve made a change, click ‘Save Item Details’ to save your changes.
Menu Bar
The below image shows the menu bar. The menu bar includes the following tabs:
- Details
- Attributes
- Images
- Related Items (not used)
- Documents (not used)
- Linked Items (not used)
- Promotions (not used)
- Inventory (not used)
Attributes Tab
The attributes tab allows you to add, edit and delete the model’s specifications that show against the model.
The easiest way to manage the model’s attributes is to click the ‘View Quick Details’ button above the toolbar.
The attributes will then display as text fields allowing you to add, edit and delete the specs more easily.
Once you’ve made any changes, click the green ‘Add / Update Item’ to save the changes.
Images
The images tab allows you to upload & remove the model’s images.
From here you can view the current images that have been added to the model.
Each image has 4 options, ‘Make Default’, ‘View’, ‘Delete’ & ‘Download’. The ‘Make Default’ button will make the image you have selected appear first in the list and display first on the model page. The ‘View’ button allows you to see a larger version of the image. The ‘Delete’ button removes the image from both the model page and the CMS. The ‘Download’ button allows you to receive the original image file that was uploaded.
To add an image click on either the ‘Add New’ or ‘Add Multiple’ buttons. Use ‘Add New’ to upload a single image and ‘Add Multiple’ to upload several images.
