The ReOrder plugin is an external plugin not owned by Media Links Online, if you experience any issues please contact us so that we can discuss this with the developers.
Once we have installed the plugin, you are able to manually reorder your new bike listings. Please note, this is under full control of the user and Media Links Online will not update the ordering of models If a new model is released by a manufacturer, you will need to update the order manually each time. If you need assistance, please contact support.
You can only reorder bike listings, not model categories. This is currently not supported.
How to Guide:
To access the plugin interface, please log in to your WordPress website.
On the left hand side, you should see a long list of menu items.
Go to Assets - Reorder
You should then see a dropdown selection box
Please select a manufacturer model range, in this example we are looking at a Yamaha dealer.
Once the page loads the category, you should see a list of live models.
Under the header 'Use the manual sorting for this category?' please make sure YES is selected.
You can now go and order the assets/bikes in the order you prefer. To do this you simple drag and drop the asset into your desired position.
If you select yes, change the order and then select no, it will go back to the default order. Please make sure you do not change the option once you have made your changes.
You do not need to click save anywhere, this plugin changes the order automatically once you've moved the asset into place.
If you refresh the live page where the models are listed, you should see the new order.
