- Bikes can either be selected manually or use the buttons below the table:

- Theres a search function too, which searches models by name, stock reference, description and also all of the attributes:
Adding a Used Model
It is easy to add a new or used model to your bikes’ catalogue.
Step 1: On the right-hand side of the screen, near the top of the page select your catalogue.
Once you have selected a catalogue, the models in that catalogue will open up in the top centre of the screen:
Step 2: On the right select ‘Add New Vehicle’ to add another item to the catalogue:
Once you have clicked to add a new model, the new item screen will appear as shown below:
Video Example:
Step 3:
Here you can add the details of the bike such as ‘Vehicle Title’, ‘Description’, 'SKU' and ‘Price’.
In the ‘Vehicle Title’ field, add the bike’s name, such as ‘Harley Davidson Nightster 2022'.
In the ‘Description’ field, add a description of the bike, such as ‘Just arrived, the Harley Davidson Nightster 2022 with only 200 Miles’.
In the ‘Regular Price’ field, add the overall price of the model, such as ‘10500’ (You don’t need to add the £ sign, commas or decimal points).
The ‘SKU’ won’t show anywhere on the bike when it is viewed on your website, this field is for you to add a unique stock value to the model and keep track of it in our system. You can add any kind of stock reference you wish, such as ‘001’ or ‘1A1A1A’, as long as the stock reference is unique to that model.
Here is an example of all of the above fields completed:
Step 4: Once you have added the ‘Vehicle Title’, ‘Description’, 'SKU' and ‘Price’, you can then click on 'Attributes':
Video Example:
Once you have clicked ‘Attributes’, the following screen will load.
From here you can easily add the bike’s specs. Please fill in as many fields as you can but only the ‘Make’, ‘Model’, 'Mileage' & 'Year' fields are required. Should you require any other attributes adding, please just give us a ring and we will customise the specifications list.
Click ‘Save Changes’ when you have finished adding the bike’s specs to save the changes.
Now that you have added the bike’s details and specs, the next step is to add the bike’s images.
Find the ‘Additional Images’ section and click 'Choose Files'.
Once you have clicked 'Choose Files', you can then browse your files and find your saved images. Select your images and click 'Open'. Your images will then load into the 'Additional Images' box:

Taking a Used Model Live
Now that you have added the model’s details, the specifications and the images, the model is ready to go live onto your website.
Once you have saved the changes the model will automatically be placed into the 'New' status. To view the status of each model you will need to click on the status drop down menu:
There are 4 categories the status of your bikes will fall into, these are Live, New, Editing and Sold. You will find the model listing you have just created when you click on 'New'.
To move your model to another status, simply tick the box to the left of the model and using the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown, select the action.
Video Example:
Editing a Model
To edit an existing model, tick the model you wish to edit and then select ‘Editing’ instead of 'Make Live'. To find the model you will then need to click the 'Status' dropdown and find 'Editing'.
You will now be taken to the ‘Edit’ screen where you can make changes to the model.
You can edit various aspects of the model such as the name, description, price, attributes and images.
Once you’ve made a change, click ‘Save Changes’ to save your changes.
Deleting A Model
To delete a model you need to select the model you would like to remove and you have two options. You can mark it as sold, or you can mark it as deleted. This can be done in the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown.
You can then find the model in the 'Sold' or 'Deleted' status options
Once a model is marked as Sold or Deleted, it will not appear Live and will be removed from the website.
